Rupa Patel

Associate

Rupa Patel joins the Firm as an associate in the construction defect practice group.  Ms. Patel has over 5 years of experience successfully representing and defending developers, general contractors and subcontractors in complex civil litigation and pre-litigation matters.  As corporate counsel for various general contractors and subcontractors, Ms. Patel has gained valuable experience in Insurance Coverage, Liens, Collections, Business Litigation, Business Formation, Business Transactions, Employment Law and Labor Law while also providing risk management assessment.  Ms. Patel uses her background to assist clients with drafting construction and professional service agreements.

Ms. Patel is licensed to practice law in the State of California and is admitted to the United States District Court, Northern and Eastern Districts.  She is a member of the Association of Defense Counsel and is a member of the Contra Costa Bar Association.
